Mick has worked in the television industry since 1979. As CEO of Chrysalis Television, he grew the company from start-up to become one of the UK's largest television companies. Notable successes included Midsomer Murders, Richard & Judy, Top Ten and Black Books. Mick began his TV career as a researcher at LWT, moving to TVS in 1986 as Head of Programme Planning before taking over as Managing Director of SelecTV plc.
Anne McLoughlin, MD, Motive TV
Anne is executive producer on Summer in the Sun - The J1. Recently, she was series producer of No Place Like Home - 3. Anne co-produced E&Y Entrepreneurs in Africa, Entrepreneurs in Asia and No Place Like Home - Series 2. Other programming experience includes production manager on ‘Park Live - Series 2’, a studio-based GAA programme for RTÉ Two and researcher on a range of entertainment and factual series. Anne has managed significant production resources, including production teams, production budgets and on-screen talent.
Jamie D’Alton, Staff producer, Motive TV
Jamie D’Alton has worked on numerous programmes both at home and abroad. Jamie originated and produced Summer in the Sun - The J1, a 6 part ob-doc entertainment series he devised for RTÉ Two. Recent production credits include; Part of What We Are, No Place Like Home - Series 3, Croke Park - The Opening Hour, Níos Gaeli and Seoige and O Shea. Jamie began his career in the RTÉ newsroom as a copywriter and teleprompt operator. In 2004, he moved to Canada where he worked for Canwest as an assistant producer for early morning and lunchtime news programmes.
