Anne McLoughlin, Producer and Managing Director

Anne has more than 10 years television industry experience, across a range of production roles and genres.    Since joining Motive in 2005, she has managed significant production resources, including production teams, production budgets and on-screen talent, ensuring audience appeal and exceeding broadcaster and client requirements.

 

Jamie D’Alton, Producer and Director

Jamie has worked on numerous programmes both at home and abroad.  He began his career in the RTÉ newsroom as a copywriter and teleprompt operator.   In 2004, he moved to Canada where he worked for Canwest as a producer on Canadian breakfast television.  Upon returning to Ireland in 2006 he joined Motive Television, working as a producer on factual entertainment formats, landmark documentaries and live sports programming.

 

Mick Pilsworth, Chairman

Mick has worked in the television industry since 1979. As CEO of Chrysalis Television, he grew the company from start-up to become one of the UK's largest television companies. Notable successes included Midsomer Murders, Richard & Judy, Top Ten and Black Books. Mick began his TV career as a researcher at LWT, moving to TVS in 1986 as Head of Programme Planning before taking over as Managing Director of SelecTV plc.

 

Co-Production Partner – Asgard Media

Founded by Ciarán Ó hEadhra in March 2007 Asgard Media are specialists in producing Moving Picture projects for Television, New Media and Corporate clients.  Ciarán is a former Executive Producer and Commissioning Editor with Setanta Sports and has worked in Irish Television since 1994. Production credits include ‘Breaking Ball' Series 1-5 (Director) for RTÉ, ‘Magners League and Live Formula 1’ (Producer) for Setanta Sports, ‘Championship Live (Series Producer/Director) for TV3 and ‘Champions League and Europa League Coverage' (Series Producer) for TV3. Ciarán has a broad range of experience as a Producer and Director of Single and Multi-camera projects and is the creative team leader at Asgard Media.
